Submission Deadlines
Propeller Club Member, Port and Maritime Person of the Year nominations shall be submitted to HQ at least 60 days prior to the annual International Convention and shall be submitted by each Regional Vice-President.
Deadline for submission to HQ – August 8, 2008
Proposed Amendments to the Constitution and By-Laws shall be submitted to the COO at least 45 days prior to the annual International Convention and a written copy shall be delivered to each Port President/Secretary 30 days prior to the opening of the annual International Convention. Any Member may propose an Amendment.

Deadline for submissions of proposed Amendments to Port Presidents/Secretaries - September 5, 2008
The Nominating Committee shall be composed of one Delegate from each Region and shall be appointed by the International President 60 days prior to the annual International Convention. Nominations for Officers shall be submitted to HQ.
Deadline for Committee appointment – August 8, 2008
Proposed Positions & Resolutions shall be submitted to the Executive Vice-President at least 14 days prior to the opening of the annual International Convention, however, proposed Resolutions may be made from the floor of the Convention as well. Any Member may propose a Resolution.
Deadline for proposed Positions & Resolutions - September 22, 2008
Requests to host a future Propeller Club International Conventions shall be submitted to HQ not less than 2 months prior to the annual Convention and must be made at least 2 years prior to the year the petitioner requests to host the event. Any Port in good standing may petition to host a Convention.
Deadline for host request – August 7, 2008
